Pipe Pulse Test System is applied for automotive hose steering pipes, brake pipes, brake pipes, air conditioning pipes, fuel pipes, cooling water pipes, heat dissipation hoses, warm air hoses, air filter hoses, and worm gear booster system hoses. ; Pressure pulse (fatigue) test of various types of (metallic and non-metallic) pipes and fittings such as engineering hydraulic hoses; aviation hoses and manifolds; other hard pipes or joints.

Pulse pressure: 0~210 MPa; (for higher values, please consult)

Pulse frequency: 0~15 Hz; (for higher values, please consult)

Test medium: water, brake fluid, hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, etc.;

Medium temperature: -40~150 °C;

Ambient temperature: -40~150°C;

Number of specimens: 1~6 pieces; (can be expanded)

Installation method: 180° or 90°; (The test piece should be installed according to the method specified in the standard)

Number of cycles: >10 million times;

Test waveforms: basic square wave, T-shaped wave, triangle wave, sine wave;

Power requirements: three-phase 380V, 50Hz;

Overall dimensions: 1700×1200×1600mm (pump and valve installation cabinet), 1500×1200×1600mm (test box), 1500×650×1500mm (control E).
