ERC-250 mL to 5L automatic reaction calorimeter is an automatic reaction calorimeter under laboratory conditions. It can simulate the real situation of intermittent or half-intermittent reactions in factories. Users can measure the reaction heat flow of samples in the reactor in real time to obtain thermal behavior information such as total heat release, specific heat release, real-time conversion rate and material accumulation of the reactants, automatically calibrate the specific heat capacity and heat transfer coefficient of the material system, and calculate the adiabatic temperature rise of the target reaction and the maximum temperature that the system can reach after loss of control. Based on this, the risk of the reaction process can be evaluated to provide a basis for process optimization and scale-up of the target reaction.
